Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Returns may only be considered if:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product received is defective.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Replacements
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
